phppone enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification prior to first withdrawal. If phppone determines at any point that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required under phppone's licensing conditions.
