phppone reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent Account closure where no breach is identified, phppone will return the real-money Account Balance to you via your last verified payment method, net of any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

If internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as provided under phppone's licensing conditions. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matters not resolved through the above processes.
phppone may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phppone will notify registered players via the email address on their Account profile or through a platform notification displayed on login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated.
Your continued access to or use of phppone after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using phppone and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.
Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations — may be made without individual notification and will take effect from the date of publication on phppone.club.
